About Me

Hello there! My name is Lauren and this is my blog. I am a thirty-something, WAHM, mother of an only child, perfectly happy with that, wife to a wonderful United States Army Soldier, crafting fanatic, entrepreneur, Roller Derby dabbler, Pinterest Addicted, recipe hoarding, fabric hoarding, fandom obsessing, all around busy-body. In this blog, you will read about the ways I try to maintain my household through home-cooked (but not pretentious) meals, monthly meal planning, DIY everything.

I consider myself to be a nerd and its taken me years to embrace that. I become passionately obsessed with things. I love Star Wars, Firefly, BBC Sherlock and many other random things. I love Halloween and my whole Kitchen and Dining Room are decorated with Halloween themed kitsch all year long.

I like to constantly challenge myself with new projects and I get bored very quickly so I'm always making something different. You'll also learn that I am a no bull-shit kind of gal.
